What is a consultation?

Our approach to consulting
Tree Shepherds believes trees are valuable assets to a homeowner and bring a lot of joy in their everyday life. Many folks often take for granted a large tree that provides shade or beauty until it is sick or dead. We are here to help when that need arises.
The reason we charge a small fee for a consultation is that our goal is not to sell clients our services, but to help educate in what is wrong with a tree and present the solution. There is no pressure to buy a service from Tree Shepherds when receiving a consultation about the health of their trees.
Since trees often outlive humans, it takes a while to see the effects of different treatments. We take a long-term approach to trees and hope to have a lasting relationship with our clients. However, the sooner we act to take care of the “root” of the issue, the faster a sick tree will be restored to full health.
